Just got mine yesterday with 10 miles on the clock. Drove home all was well....took my boy for a spin and put another 15 miles on it. When we pulled up to the house, she had a little stumble to it....almost like a miss-fire...no DTC's poped-up so i got my dash hawk and ran a diagnostic test on it and no DTC codes stored....cats temp were equal and noticed nothing out of the ordinary in any of the readings....
Anybody experience this "stumble" I'm wondering if it was due to the tank full of regaler gas the dealer filled her up with....

well heck....i'll run a more detailed diagnostic. I'll run the dashhawk while driving and see if anything comes up. In the mean time, she runs great on the hw, no issues. Just when i come to a light she stumbles.....hmmmm, scratching my head...

I might post this in every thread, but I've knoticed my engine doesn't "stumble" a bit once I tightened up the battery cables! It would hickup sometimes at a light, but no more.

the car has a rough idle. there are a few threads on this already that might ease your mind.

Wow... I didn't even think to check this... If they don't disconnect the battery for shipment, it could come loose. Under idle conditions, it could cause this hicup. I'll check tonight, when I get a chance. Good thinking.

Just checked my battery, nice and tight. Took me a few minutes to find it, cripes is that sucker huge! Too bad they didn't put it on the right side but can't complain with a rear mounted battery.

#318 did that at 150 miles and then started dying at idle. Was told after three days in the shop it was a loose ground wire on one of the the coils or something like that...at 6K now with no problems.

After verifying tughtness of battery cables you may also want to verify that your car has had the code update portion related to stumble. It is conceivable that vehicles sold in March and most 888's need this and delaers may or may not be up on checking this out. http://tis2web.service.gm.com/tis2web (this site doesn't tell you IF th ecar is updated, just what should be the calibration)
