Anyone know if the 2009 G8 will have more options for the radio? I noticed the 2009 G8 GXP was stated to have xmradio options...so I am hoping that means the 2009 G8 GT will too? Any info would be great. My local dealer said all the 2008 G8's were gone and his next batch (starting JUNE) would be the 2009's.

Yes! XM is available but no Nav as the screen sits to low to be legal in the US.

That's been the excuse for not having navigation available but look at this pic of the Mustang's navigation.

That seems pretty darn low to me as well. Why would this be OK but the G8 would be "too low"?

Because the Mustang was certified before the rules changed. Older cars are grandfathered for their current run. The G8 was a new car to the USA so had to abide by the new rules.
