The codes DY posted are the codes from GM. I have all the formulas to make those colors. :turbonaughtdy_1: :boink:

I am trying to find out from Sherwin if GM has given them the codes for Purple IBM . I will call my rep tomorrow or call the Tech line. Don't panic as of yet...:cry:

According to the GM fleet guide .pdf floating around there are more colors including blue, it doesn't say it's IBM though.

Are all those new colors for pontiac?

Perhaps some colors are GT only colors and some are base model colors.

I didn't mean it in a bad way, from the pictures I think it's a really great color, I just meant the only reason I WOULDN'T get it is if they had white or yellow available. :driving:

Its odd that ignition is the promo colour for the Commodore. I know many people like it, but I think it detracts from the old school feel of the SSV. My boss has an impulse blue (maybe the same as k-pow [such a stupid name]) and it looks hot. He didn't like the Orange and is dissapointed that he didn't get black. Some ppl are just too hard to please. At least it matches his Impulse blue VZ SS in the garage.

Did you think that a car with a stupid name would get normal and not stupid color names? [the G8 is all over the news this week, but it's the countries, not the car]

Does anyone know if the Phantom Metallic Black will have metallic paint specs / chips in it? Either way, straight black or metallic chips look good!

LOL...good point.

Not a G8, nor do we know for sure how close ignition is to brazen, but it does look good!
