Anyone know of a tuner in the Dayton area? I am ready to switch from the Cortex to HPTuners and was looking for someone or some shop that can help. Or, if anyone local to the Dayton area is using HPTuners, I would enjoy a chat to see the basics of this setup. I have some background with using aftermarket tuning devices, Apexi, Greddy, etc... So, I have some basic knowledge of the process, I just do not have access to a dyno to nail the setup down.

UPDATE: I found Mike Pernia at Proxses Tuning yesterday and I will be giving him a shot. He seems to be able to make magic from some GTOs here in town. I will keep everyone posted.

Yeah, heard good things on a motorcycle forum. Now I just need some time to get with them.

I have been talking to Mike for a while now, and really like his attitude and knowledge. I have some longtubes coming, so I will be getting with him for a tune, soon. His new shop is a bit difficult to find, but he has the space and dyno to get the job done!

If anyone is looking for a cortex, I will have one for sale.

Very cool meeting up with you guys. Appreciate you showing off the tune. Still can't decide where to start...too many hobbies, not enough money.

Heh, I hear ya. Especially with a bike. Just don't take it to the track. Otherwise you'll soon be racing it, and that gets expensive.

Actually if you're not married now is the time to get on the track. Iwish I had started a lot sooner.
