Hi Mike,
So exactly what type of HP gains and extra fuel economy are you expecting? Have you installed and run on dyno to show gains. How easy to install? Please be specific.
Thanks,
Ritch

Can you also help with belt part numbers?

The belt part number is on the box . I don't know exactly how much better fuel economy it will get , I would guess .5-1 mpg roughly ? I have a dyno graph , I tested it Friday but I was on the dyno tuning other customer cars all day today , and the other part of the day Friday so I have not had time to put it up . The peak hp was the same , it was after peak that went up by about 10 hp probably due to the fact this is a better harmonic balancer than stock , it was 3-5 lbs of torque through most of the graph . I will post it up when I get time , sorry for the delay with that.

The install takes about an hour , you have to remove the electric fans , and to do so , you have to remove the upper radiator hose to get them out . Then , the use of an impact tool is needed to remove the bolt , and a puller to remove and reinstall the pulley . If anyone wants to stop by and have us put one on , we would charge $60 labor , you do not need a lift for this .

I tested it on Friday in between tuning other cars , so I only got to do a couple pulls on the dyno but here is the graph . Peak hp stayed the same , but after 5300 rpms it was 5-10 rwhp which you can se in the graph , and below 5000 rpms it was a gain of 3-5 rwtq . The crank pulley is also the harmonic balancer on the newer gm cars , and having a better balanced piece alone can free up hp up top as you can see here , on top of the slower accesory drive .
