OK, so i know what AFM is and all that jazz...My question is does it even work on the V6? I've read in many of the V8 threads how after a bit of cursing at a sustained speed it will switch to "half". I've never seen AFM change from "all active" in my V6....has anyone else?

The V6 in the G8 doesn't have AFM.

I've never done research to see if it was actually on the v6 or not. I've just seen it in engineering mode and it's never changed. Finally decided to ask.
Guess the software for the DIC is shared across the v6 and v8 models...

They both probably do share the same software for the DIC display.

I know i probably seemed like a complete moron asking that question...I was just being too lazy to look it up. I knew someone would slap me over the head with the right answer ;)

I didn't know that the V6 had that feature in the DIC, so we both learned something new today. :)

BTW.. V6 can be fast and look goooood too : ) There is a supercharger kit for the V6.
