Hey guys, looking at picking up a G8 this spring/summer. It'll be a DD, just looking to do some basic mods.. Full exhaust, tune, CAI.. And some appearance mods..
What can I expect performance wise, and economy wise out of a "Bolt On" G8 GT.

Of a full bolt-on G8? Possibly a couple MPG dip, mileage will really depend on how you drive it. As for performance, members have seen 40 or 50HP gains from a full setup. It really depends on what kind of exhaust setup you get and how aggressive your tune is.

I wanna do a tune from Livernois.. A Magnaflow catback, MAYBE stainless works headers.
And that CAI that comes with the core support cover.
I will have my days to beat on it no doubt, but mainly I just will be cruising to work and back everyday..
I drive my '65 GTO on the weekends when it's nice... And my truck will be for winter and whenever I feel like driving it.
