Guess I should say hi to all in the area. Now got 1500 miles on my MGM G8GT, haven't seen any other G8s in the area on the road.

So, I finally got around to ordering a VMS tune with new ECM. Tried to order the dashhawk to do the crank relearn but found out they are out of stock and the new ECM is on the way. :(

OK, could have added another thread but instead will add here that anyone who needs a dashhawk around Plymouth, MA for crank relearn, I have one on the way with the ECM!....Looking forward to the extra power / MPG with the vector tune.

P.S. Any other G8s in the area?!

I just noticed your thread and what part of Plymouth are you from? I grew up in West Plymouth and I just got an 08 MGM GT. I live in Hanson, so I am sure that we will run into each other eventually.

Hi, I'd given up on any other G8GTs in the area; still haven't seen one on the road. I am in West Plymouth; Howard Drive, just off Federal Furnace. Also got an MGM, sport and performance packages. Had it 3 months now and over 3000 miles; still love the car. Hope to see you on the road soon.

I used to live on Jan Marie Drive, so I know exactly where you are at. I have actually seen an MGM GT driving on 93 into Boston a couple of times and an orange one on the same road. I only have 600 miles on mine so far, and I love the car, but still getting used to having an automatic. This is the first auto I have ever owned, so after 20 years of driving stick it is taking a while to get used to. I also really have to do something with this exhaust, as going from an 04 GTO with flowmaster catback and headers to something this quiet is driving me insane. I'm sure we'll run into each.
