155mph Holy *****. The fastest I went in my 04 GTP was 134. This car is going to ROCK & ROLL!

I do understand that the VXR8 has a tweaked LS2 with about 414horse / 307kw & the G8 will have the L76 with 362 horse (not for long!), CAI & TUNE!

155mph and still not in the red line in 5th gear..still got a fair bit there I'd say. :gears:

The HSV's in Oz are the Clubsport R8, the GTS, the Senator and the Grange. They all have 307fwkw (414 hp) from the LS2 6 litre engine. The VXR8 is the Clubsport R8 from HSV.

The Commodore SS and SSV's have the L98 6 litre engine with 270fwkw (364hp). I believe the L98 has the D.O.D. hardware removed...

in the wet, it pulled better times around the track than the Honda NSX Type-R, Mazda RX8 and Nissan 350Z could in the dry!

still only just behind the 911 Turbo (also wet) Audi S4 and its sister, VW Golf R32 (AWD V6)
