I just got my VMR V-710 wheels today and had a local tire shop put 275/35/19's on the rear and my stock tires on the front rims. I brought the stock wheels to them as it was snowing today. When I got everything home I found out the hub rings are to small to fit the hubs and to big to fit the rims and the lug nuts they gave are way to small and are for FWD cars. I told him my hub and rim measurements and that the car is a rear wheel drive. HTF do they screw up that bad when the info is given to them.

I don't know what to tell you Kevin! Like I told you, I get that kind of nonsense all the time! Get some pictures of those wheels, they're fantastic!

I had a tire guy tell me that BMW and GM worked in a joint effort to produce my car.

UPDATE!!! Turns out that they wrecked 2 rims and one of the special order tires for the back. NOT A HAPPY CAMPER RIGHT NOW. After some arguing they did agree to buy me the two rims and a new tire but it will be 2 weeks before I will have my wheels back on my car. They actually tore the bead on the tire putting it on the wheel. They are putting my stock stuff back together now but what a sh*t show this is turning out to be!!

It's amazing how many incompetent people there are out there running a business.

No it is a different place. They have a $25000 machine that is made for doing low profile tires. It is also made so that it won't damage the wheel. I think the guy doing the job was in way to much of a hurry. The paint issue has been taken care of. I just had the sealant done today and she looks awesome now. At least I still have my drag radials for racing this weekend.

Sorry to hear about it man! I'm sure as hell not going to get any work done up there!
