I have a friend that wants to buy a IOM G8 GT. He loves that color and was working up a deal last week on a used one with 16K miles for $22K at Jeff Smith Chrysler Dodge Jeep in Perry, GA. Everything was set and a deal was made early Friday and he put down a $500 deposit on the car. Perry, GA is a 7 hour drive from where we live and we were making plans to get up early Saturday morning and drive down and pick up the car. He received a voice mail on his cell phone that the car was sold at 7:30 PM that evening to someone else.

Needless to say he's very angry and hurt that the car he put a deposit on was sold from underneath him. They ran his credit, stuck a payment plan and interest rate deal and lost the freaking car to someone else

This is suppose to be a 5 star dealership, guess that doesn't mean $hit.
