A buddy of mine just picked up a 2004 Saturn Ion Redline. He's planning to do everything up to and including a ZZP stage 3 kit (https://www.zzperformance.com/cobalt_ion/products1.php?id=1055), plus a downpipe. He figures, if he puts slicks on it, he'll run low 13's. I personally think he's crazy since that seems to be very optimistic for a supercharged 2.0L engine that stock only has 205HP at the crank and runs mid 15's. Has anybody had any experience with this setup on this car? He wants to line up with me sometime with street tires on it. I have no doubt I'll walk him quite hard with my SC 91 tune and rotofab, but I'm curious how much of a killing it would be.

FYI, I know with heavy modifications he could beat me, but not with the stated mods.
