Well, hello everyone. :)
Here's the story-
Always been a GM guy at heart. Loved the Magnum's though. Bought an 05 Dodge Magnum RT about 3 yrs ago. Love the car. Hate the problems.
That's the gist of it. I currently drive an 05 Magnum RT with exhaust, intake, Diablosport Predator, some interior mods, etc.
Looking to trade-in(up) to a G8 GT sometime very soon. Figured I would introduce myself and say hello, then kinda lurk around and see what common problems these cars have (so far it sounds like front suspension is a somewhat common issue, that and rear tires not lasting long, but my Magnum has both those issues as well...)

So, welcome to me, and I may just own a G8 soon. We shall see. Gotta see what I can get for the Maggie (only has 54k on it), and what I can find a low mileage G8 for with an extended warranty. I think the G8 GXP's are even more out of my price range, but haven't really looked into that much yet. They don't seem to be for sale very often.

Looks like there are some nice mod's out there similar to what I have on my RT right now. It was Definitely too quiet stock, lol.
I am curious how the G8 GT will be in the Chicago-Area winters with All-Seasons on it. My Magnum was fine, not awesome, but fine.
G8 GT seems to be about the same speed as my Maggie, give or take a bit, so that's good news. :)

Spent some time watching G8 GT Youtube exhaust videos. The Flowmasters sound nice.
Does the G8 GT have Mufflers AND Resonators?
Thats how the Maggie is, and it was quiet even with the Flowmasters, that is until the Resonators came off. :)
