Ok so I am at the point now where I am giving up on muffler developers to come up with a cat back exhaust for us v6 owners.
1.Has anyone here tried one of these axel backs and used high flow cat's?
2 Or even deleted resonator or mid and just used straight pipes to the cats and solo or pypes axel back?

I am thinking about getting the Pypes axle backs and than high flow cats to free up some air flow....

I've heard both. While Pypes sound good, there is way too much drone for me.

Ok I have removed my resonator, now its straight pipe with stock mufflers sounds weird I'm thinking what muffler do I go with and sounds nice like a purr not a roar

The infiniti sound/ nizzan 370 z is exactly the sound most of us are looking for!!!! One day one of us will master by trial and error..

Did you get the straight pip welded on or use clamps? Remember though the most restriction in our exhaust whether it be v6 Gt or GXP it is in the cat's so... you could probably put res back on and look for high flow cats as a start which is what Im trying to do.....

WAIT WAIT post a vid clip i really wanna hear this cuz i was just gonna kill my resonators and slap on a X-Pipe or cherry bombs that i already have!
