That's right! The Roto-Fab Radiator covers are now in production and will be available by the end of next week.:judge::judge: These covers will be offered in a textured black finish as well as a a silver powder coated finish. These covers will be $169.95 with free shipping on the first 25 covers. These come with all of the neccessary fasteners and harware to install. Please note that these covers are built specifically for the Roto-Fab air intake system. Both of these finishes look great in person and we are very pleased with the new look of the engine compartment of our Pontiac G8. Feel free to PM to get you name on the list.:driving:

Looks great! But can't justify the cost to the other half. "It'll help with gas comsumption" didn't fly this time. :(

Great work, in the meantime I'll try and decide which color I like on the White.

Have you all ran each one enough see which one cleans up easier... from the looks of them it'd be the silver.

Any plans on releasing fuse block covers/decals, I'd like the outline of a naked woman on mine to express how sexy the engine is. Also, the saying "If your not 1st, Your last" (Love that movie), Lastly, a big L76 with 6.0L V8 in shorter wide letters below.

I said I didn't want one of the OE style ones since it wouldn't work with the Roto-Fab :slap:

what are these made out of? I assume from the color choices that they are not plastic??

I will be at the GM Nationals in Carlisle PA on the 21st of June with the Capitol City GTOs on the Show Field. I will have a Roto-Fab black-finish radiator cover on my G8. If you are attending, stop by and see it up close and personal. I also have the R-F CAI. We should be near the Pontiac Pavillion.

Hi Kevin, looks great!! I suppose I have to wait to get one though until I actually have one of your CAIs :( Waiting on the slow-ass IRS to get me some stimulation money!!

QUESTION! Are you still developing the engine covers that you were working on? I am very interested in those as well. Also, as 68Rustang posted, any change for a package deal for the CAI and the rad cover together?

Thanks!

Hey Gang! We picked up 15 covers from the powder coat shop today. We will be able to ship some covers tomorrow and the remaining will go out on Friday. All of these covers are the black finish as shown in the pictures above. We have more in production that should be ready to ship next week. We're looking forward to getting these out right away!:judge::judge:

The engine covers are coming along great! We are currently getting these laser cut and are ready to take orders! The first run will be painted to order! The price will vary depending on the finish! Please contact me if you are interested and I will put together pricing and availability for you. Base price will start at $249.95.

Hi guys. Your Roto-Fab intake and radiator cover drew a lot of interest and comments at the GM Nationals in Carlisle today. Everyone who looked them over was impressed with their quality, looks, strength and finish. Thanks for a couple of great products.

Here are a few photos from the Show Field:

Well Kevin, you won't believe this:

I pre-registered for the Show Field with the Capitol City GTO car club and convoyed with them. 17+ '04-'06 GTOs in a row with a G8GT covering the rear was impressive. We had enough cars registered to qualify for a club tent. When we got there they had so many 04-06 GTOs, 47, ( we joined up with the Pittsburgh GTO Crew outside Carlisle) that they put my car in the 1978 up Grand Prix and no matter how I protested, they said I had to park with them, not the GTO club I was part of. I would also be judged by the fans as part of the 2000up GPs. There was no G8 classification. Luckily, the GTOs and GPs were tail to tail in one row and my spot was right beside the CCGTO tent.

Here is the amazing part! I took 3rd place in the 1978 up Grand Prix class. There were some great looking GPs there and 3rd place really shocked me. I never thought that would happen. I feel bad for the person with the 3rd best GP who should have won if Carlisle had a G8 class for me and the others who were there or if they would have eliminated us ( G8s)from the competition because we were so few.

Of the 9 late model GTO trophies presented, CCGTO took 5 and the Pittsburgh Crew took 2.

Anyway, the G8 looked great with your CAI and cover. The lowered stance from the Pedders Track 2 didn't hurt either.
