Hello, just want to introduce myself and share an interesting story involving this forum.
I got my G8GT in November 2009. My car was pulling to the right and the steering wheel had to be turned to the left to go straight. The first time I took my car in, they have done an allignment on it and it cured some of the problems, but did not fix the problem. Second time the car was in, I told the service manager that I was reading online about people having the same problem. Right away he went online and found this forum. He read about caster replacement and wanted to do it right away, but his mechanic wanted to replace two bad tires that he found and see if that fixes the problem. That did not fix anything but helped with vibration in the steering wheel. The third time I brought the car in, they did a caster replacement, steering wheel realignment and the problem went away. It drives like a slot car. It does not pull nor drift in any direction. So, just wanted to share how helpful this forum was and give credit to the service manager who took time to do some online reading and not stick to "this is how these cars drive" story.
