Hey all -- Just got word that the 18th Annual Motor Sports Day & Wheelchair drag races will be held at Bandimere the evening of Thursday, August 26th from 3-9:00PM.
There will be a car show ($30 donation per entry - gate open at 1:00 for parking), Manufacturers Midway, Oportunity to go down the track (Car show donation + $5 per run - track closes at 6:30) and 1st time in the country for Wheelchair races at 7:00 (racing for 100 feet; classes for Manual & motorized chairs, youth, adult, men & women). General admission is $10, under 12 are free.
All proceeds to benefit Paralympic Sports Programs at Craig Hospital. -- see www.craigparasport.org (http://www.craigparasport.org)
