Feel free to utilize the black menubar near the top to go into "User CP" and fill out a signature and some details about yourself, and then you can browse through the forums via the "New Posts" link or select your sections by topic by utilizing the "Forum" link.

Also can't hurt to use the "search" link to search if you're looking for something specific. Can't find what you're looking for after searching? Go into the appropriate section and click on "new thread" to start a new thread where the community can help you learn.
