Or do you think Pontiac will have their own different wheel? What did they do with the GTO? Did they just use a Monaro wheel that Holden was using? The series 1 had leftover HSV wheels (which I think really suit the car), followed by a couple of different variants during it's life. In their wisdom, Pontiac decided that US roads were too potholed to supply 18" as standard, so they chose the ugliest Holden 17" wheel available, one which was standard on the SS ute. So the the GTO wheels are kind of a truck wheel. The same design was standard on the Commodore SS sedan in an 18", which looks much better.
