Hey guys, found my white hot GXP, picking it up later this week. Had to settle for the automatic though, the M6 was just out of my price range. Got a good deal on this one though. 15k miles, absolutely flawless, sunroof, black leather.

If it was only an M6 though... but hey, for the money, I don't think I can beat it!!

I'll be posting pics when I bring it home!

Hey congrats, any GXP A6 or M6 is still a great and rear car! Take care of it and try to hold on to it!

Thanks guys, I know it's an awesome car. Just was hoping to find and M6 in my price range. Found one for $34k but just didn't want to go that high. Much more comfortable with the $30.5k

Hey guys, seriously considering selling the GXP.. I know sounds crazy, but I REALLY want an M6.
I will post details and pics of the car later this week. I can't post in the For Sale section, I don't have enough posts.
But just some info on the car:

2009 Pontiac G8 GXP Sport Sedan. 16K miles, Brilliant White Exterior w/ Solid Black Leather interior. Loaded w/ heated leather seats, Factory moon roof. 19" Factory Polished Aluminum Wheels and remote start.

I'm looking to get $34.5k email me at: teerump@gmail.com

I just really want to get an M6, I know I'm not gonna be completely happy with the Auto.
If it doesn't sell, not a huge deal, but we'll see what happens! :)

What can I say, I got a hell of a deal on it. I know what they're going for. If I can make a few on it, then I can get my M6 that I REALLY want.

That is the quickest and most severe case of buyer's remorse I have ever seen in my entire life...

I'm just saying you may have a hard time getting that price, especially since you are a private seller and banks are loaning crap right now on private sales unless you have steller credit...even then they aren't loaning the full amount...so you are up against tough odds right now...

I dunno, my wife was tearing up when we traded in the GTO for the G8, lol...I promised her I would buy her another MBM GTO though with less miles and one that wasn't repainted a million times from a couple small accidents in the parking lot...lol...

It's not buyers remorse, If I can't sell it, no biggie. Just if I can have it my way and sell it and get an M6, then I would be extremely happy!!!

Banks will loan that much, I was approved for more than $36k no problems.

What I paid for it doesn't mean anything. I'm asking for fair market price.

Trust me guys, I'll be happy either way, just trying to see if I can work it out to get an M6.

This is absolutely ridiculous! Who would ever buy an A6 GXP and then sell it to buy a M6 GXP…….people now-a-days……like I would ever do such a thing

Umm, it's called personal preference.

:biggrin2:Guess you didn't get my sarcastic irony....I can relate, read my signature. I've been in my M6 now for a year and absolutely have no regrets making the switch :driving:

Sorry, wasn't sure how you meant it. I thought maybe you had made the switch. My bad, I didn't see the part in your sig where you traded!! LOL I don't get why a bunch of guys are in an uproar about it. What's the big deal? I'm buying the auto for now, hopefully can sell it and get a manual. I happened to get a really good deal on this one, couldn't pass it up, and after driving it, I knew I would want the manual.

Knowing what I know now, would I have bought the M6 first?... of course, but at least I've had the privilege to owning both an A6 and a M6. There's no doubt the M6 offers more of a driving experience and connection that even the A6 tap shift can't simulate. However, the A6 (with a tune) brings quick, flawless shifts every time and is also easy to launch- a consistency you won't always get with a M6 (at least with my skills). Both cars bring different things to the table, but at the end of the day they are both superb driving machines. I would have kept both if I could, but wife’s are good too :)

I know exactly what you mean! No way of keeping both.. that would lead to divorce court!lol
