Yeah -- the G8s are coming out of the wood work here in the Brighton area. Seen a red one, black one, and a white one.

GL all. Have my playoff game tonight, and if we win, Championship game will be Tuesday instead of the originally scheduled week off and play the 10th...so I might be able to make it that week (if I can talk the wife into taking the afternoon off to watch kiddo). May even make a weekend of it, as I think that is when the GP/G8 GTG is planned.

Had another great turnout! Took up 1 1/2 rows in the pits and we accumulated 39 points. Great night for the team! I did not do so good - out first round. Oh well.

Great job Cameron! Feel free to join us again, we have two more competitions -- Sept 10th & 24th.

It would be great to see all the G8's up there! We'd have everybody's head spinning --

Tweaky, your signature says your running 12:46?

I had a ton of wheel spin with the converter so have some drag radials coming this week and will see what I can do at the next club clash. The the cam goes in... My biggest problem is the trans shifting it is slow in the 3-4 shift and hits the revlimiter in the 2-3 and 3-4 sometimes but not always. HP tuners doesn't give any good spects so trying from the board but no luck yet.

yeah that 2 - 3 shift was bad...and as for wheelspin...i can't imagine launching your like i launch mine at 1,500 rpm...yours comes out of the hole much harder than my stocker and wanted to spin the tires just launchin at like 800

Yep, skipped 13's completely. Went from 14.24 to 12.46 (headers, DRs and spray). And on the same day as the 12.46, went from 14.9@102+ to 12.8@115+ on consecutive runs (RSA's N/A spinning bad...2.7ish 60ft, to DR w/ spray). Still had a best of 2.15 60ft, so can't wait to see how it does with the converter. And may have to pill up :).
I have the same intermittent issues shifting. Sometimes it will scratch 3rd and hit 4th hard, sometime one or the other (and rarely, both) will flutter and pause. The 1-2 is always rock solid though...actually need to put a bit more TM back in for the spray.

pills=jets, for nitrous. Pill up is putting larger jets in for a higher hp shot.
