I try to never drive my G8 in the rain, so I can go a little while between full washes. I use my duster and Adams Waterless Wash to shine it up between washes and it works great.
My question is should I hit it with some Adams Detail Spray after using the Waterless Wash? Will I get a better shine using the Detail Spray too? What is the difference between the Waterless Wash and Detail Spray?

I think Junkman was saying that the waterless wash actually adds more depth & shine. I think I have also read that the detail spray can build up and leave a haze if used too often between washes. I could be wrong though. We'll see what Dylan has to say.

Waterless Wash and Detail Spray at their core are very similar, but there are some key differences that make one or the other better suited to different uses.
Waterless has no gloss enhancers in it what so ever, so its not making your paint any shinier than what it was when you started, its purely a cleaner. What makes it a safer choice for removing light dust and dirt is the fact that in place of that gloss enhancer it has a very slippery surface lubricant that is good at encapsulating particles and making them as safe as possible to remove.
Detail Spray on the other hand isn't as slippery, but what it does have is a gloss enhancing agent. This ingredient will make your paint a little shinier. Also DS is the right lubricity for using clay, and its chemically formulated in a way that makes it an excellent pad primer for our polishes.
So to kind of answer your question - use waterless wash for light dust and dirt removal b/c its the safer choice, but if you need a little more shine follow up with Detail Spray.

Thanks Dylan, I think that sums it up.

Is Waterless Wash a good choice for removing bugs from our cars bumpers between washes or is their a better option? I was thinking APC ( diluted?) may be best, but what if you don't have access to water to rinse it off........if that is necessary with APC?

I would only use APC if you have water to rinse it off with. I actually use it as a pre wash bug treatment a lot of times if the front end of a car is very heavily caked with guts.
If the bugs are fresh, saturate with waterless and wipe away.

Thanks for the explanation Dylan, makes sense.

Thanks. Do you use the APC at full strength to remove caked on bugs during your prewash?

Depends entirely on how bad they are... the rule of thumb is you always want to go the least aggressive way to get the job done. Start diluted and work up in strength if you're unsure.
