I'm looking at putting an Intake on my V6 G8. I was curious as to who yall have used, and if it messes with the sensor. Would love to hear what has worked well.

I thought Roto made a V6 CAI. Only one that I'm familiar with but I thought there might have been another out there.

Rotofab and K&N both make V6 intakes. I don't know about Vararam.

Hey, welcome to the board. You can just go to V6 engine tech or talk and find all the information you'll need about CAIs under another thread. Much easier and more concise versus everyone posting what's over there here. Just my $.02. :driving:

I'm using the Rotofab, pretty easy to install. No issues after 4000 miles with it on. It does growl a bit even under normal driving, so you may need to get used to it. It really screams if you step on it when you're in M1.

I used a K&N cold air kit, super easy to install,only needed one hand(only had one usable hand,just got out of hospital).super sound ,snappy throttle responce.i also got a jegs raidator cover to couer up radiator and front of engin,only could find one for v-8. it works,j ust have to cut small circle to cover hole .
