Is there anyone running 275/40R18 in the rear?

I have a 9.5" wheel with a 45 offset. I had to modify the calipers a little to get the wheel to work properly so now I need tires. Are the 275 going to cause me rub problems?

If I recall correctly, some of the HSV vehicles come stock with the 275 width tire, however I think that they are on 19s or 20s. Based on that, if you have to same offset as the HSV setup (not sure what that is, unfortunately), I would not expect any rubbing problems. That being said, I do not think that there is anyone else on the board with that size tire on an 18 inch wheel.

275 should be fine with that offset !
