Kooks Pontiac G8 GT or GXP Headers are made from top quality 304 stainless steel and come with a lifetime warranty. Kooks builds all of their products to the highest standards, and these are possibly the absolute best headers you can buy for your Pontiac G8 GT or GXP. They feature O2 Sensor ports welded in to the pipes. With a proper tune, these headers are good for 20-35 additional horsepower on your G8 V8. The 1 3/4" sized headers work great for most engines up to 450HP. Beyond that it is recommended you upgrade to a 1 7/8" header for increased exhaust flow. Shorty systems come with cats and are designed to bolt up to the factory exhaust system. Long tube header systems come with the required O2 extension harness but will require connection pipes (either from Kooks - choose below - or your own custom design).
