: G8 vs. harley sportster
11sec.shovel 06-30-2008, 10:17 PM Sunday afternoon while leaving one of our small rual towns, i came up behind a local (bad boy wanna be) on an older evo 1200 sportster. The speed limit was 25mph. As we neared the end of the city limits i sensed a need for a little fun(as did he).I slaped over to sport mode.As he dropped his right elbow i stomped the peadel.Sadly the a6 took what seemed like forever to figure out what gear to downshift to.By then the sportster had jumped a good couple links on me. However, once the rpms climbed i was signaling "left turn clyde" @ about 90 and stayed in it till signaling back into my lane @ 110. He was a good sport when i turned off a mile up the road with a thumbs up. Oh what fun it is....
