A mob in Australia have fabricated a OTRCAI for the V6.
What you guys think?

Great increase in power! It's now over our HP here in the U.S. I have to believe you could see 280 or so here in the U.S. with all that plus some UD pulley's and exhaust.:)

That is a good increase, and it looks great however, with a roto-fab intake and VMS tune you'll get almost 40hp at the wheels. I think i know who im sticking with.
oh yeah, where is that filter?

Yes that's true on a HF V6 you would... This one in particular isn't...
The filter slides on the opening of the CAI. It's a rectangle K&N type...
Not sure if this will work without a tune...

You do realize this is a V6 car, right?

point taken, are you saying that the hp gains with this setup on the v6 are comparable to the vms/roto-fab setup on the v8?

You said that with "Roto-Fab and VMS you get 40hp, I know who I'm going with". I was just pointing out, this is a 28hp gain in a V6, which is really damn impressive, if you start playing the percentage game.
Something else of interest here, is that a dyno will NEVER give you an accurate number as to what this OTRCAI will do. This is essentially a ramair setup that you cannot mimic in a shop, while on the rollers.
Roto-fab still owns all, in the fit/finish department though.
