I have this intake and I've been very happy with it. I am curious tho, Roto-Fab has produced more dyno'd/tuned HPs than the vararam (from threads posted in this forum) but I don't think I've seen any dyno results comparing the two with airflow into the Vararam intake utilizing the pressure it'd build during a higher speed drive. Do you happen to know the dyno differences?

I think it would be hard to simulate the air pressures?

Yea I know, was just curious if you used a fan or blower in front of the car to the intake, to try and simulate 60mph air flo to see how it did with a tune.

I have read about people using catch cans for the CAI's, from what I can gather there is no need to do this with the VR system?

Just curious have they fixed the leaking seal, clamps that come loose, and leaking silicone coupler yet?

I cant believe they sell a $330+ intake that comes with a hole poked in a silicone coupler! Just seems rather chintzy ya know?

I first saw this intake at a Dyno meet in Houston. Swapped out stock for Vararam while still strapped to dyno and put an additional 11 horses to the wheels. I sold my Roto fab (which is still a great intake) and bought a Vararam. Love it! Makes good power for me. No problems with it. Had it for about 15k miles now.
