Ok, now that I got your attention with the title.. I live in montclair Ca ( mapquest to find distance). Basically I don't want to go to a shop and get certain things done, I was hoping someone can do these things for me for negotiable fee... 1 I would like to have my tail lights blacked out. 2 I would like to lower the ride hight. If anyone near has any experience doing these things please let me know, and we can work something out.

You can use Nightshades to black out your tail lights. Easy to do, but takes quite a bit of time and patience.
Night shades goes on very thin, so multiple coats is needed to get the desired darkness. I think you can buy it at Pep Boys on Central Ave in Chino.
Doing a ride height change in a drive way is not a good idea IMO.

i actually installed one of those "smoke film kits" (its basically window tint but its cut already) found on ebay for my sisters 07 camry (that was my first time) and it came out great...

the good thing about that is if you get pulled over and get a ticket because of it you can take it off no problem...

You can try it but its a pain in the A$$ if you never done it before but you can do it.
