Hi all, I am looking into lowering my car but can't seem to find much information on springs for the V6 specifically. If any one that has lowered their car would put in some input on which ones they used I would really appreciate it. Do the SLP springs work on the V6? I have read that they were designed to work with the stock struts, just don't know if they will work on our cars. Thanks for all the help.

If you can afford it, go with the Pedders Extreme XA coilovers... i found in my SV6 Wagon.. i couldn't get the front to sit low enough with just springs and shortened shocks...

The V6 and GT both ride on the FE2 suspension package. Any suspension part that fits the GT should also fit the V6.
If your upgrading the springs, you should upgrade the air struts/shocks with gas IMO.

eibach, pedders, tien have springs for G8 V6/V8, and I second to above advice, do the shocks with lowering springs for a much better ride and expected longer life for the shocks.

+1 with the Peddars Extreme Coilovers . My car sits at the perfect height and it corners like a gocart .
