Pontiac tests gravity on Indy Pass
Aspen Daily News: This Pontiac G8 rolled down a steep embankment near Independence Pass, struck a boulder and landed on its roof after its driver fell asleep at the wheel Thursday morning. The vehicle was part of a test convoy of G8s on an "engineering drive".

I can sympathize with the “Australian” engineer, with his time zones all mixed up, I’ve been there to in China, with a 12 hour time zone change, I’ve caught myself falling asleep while standing (factory tours can be boring).
Also, based on the wheels, it was probably a V6, but one never knows.
Good to hear that his injuries were minor after a roll over at speed, well at least we know the cage forming the roof is pretty good.

Pisses me off someone was able to total one before I even seen one in real life!
Glad to hear he was OK. BTW, this was in Colorado, right? If they needed someone to drive the thing, the could of let that Aussie stay one and I would have driven it :)
