I noticed in the G8 "build your own" page on pontiac.com the rear ratio was 2.92
Is this pumpkin compatible with the GTO or ?what? Putting in a 3.23 or 3.46 ratio could really wake up the V6 without the cash of a V8 monster. Anyone know?

i was just reading that the 1st gear will be a 4.03 to help out the accel on this 4000 lbs beast. it should help. even the manual they are talking about will only be a 3.27 final drive
