That looks like the new michigan plates....
wish they were here too... only problem I see with it is that I do not like the amount of clearence to the rear wheel wells.
4gasem 07-28-2008, 03:38 PM Love the wagon, wish GM could bring them here... :(

Those photos were taken at Gibbons Holden, Gosnells. I had a look at that one myself, they had a Calais wagon in there the day before.
The salesman I spoke to said the first batch of 2000 were already sold before they were built! Love those 20 inch rims!
DollarBill 07-29-2008, 03:13 PM FOR GOD'S SAKES GM, QUIT TOYING WITH US AND BRING US THAT WAGON, NOW!!!
GM says they are holding back because the magnum is being discontinued. Who cares, the magnum was a ****ty wagon anyhoo!!! From what i see, GM is bringing the CTS wagon, so whats wrong with a G8 wagon!!!
Also im confused, i thought the 6 litre(with AFM) was called the L76???
Limeman 08-02-2008, 05:16 PM Indeed! I would love to purchase a G8GT but due to my 3 year old daughter and my love for cycling, I really need the capacity and flexibility this would provide. Come on GM, don't make me go to Subaru for my next vehicle!
h3llphyre 08-02-2008, 07:11 PM Throw in AWD and bring it stateside, I'll buy one to park beside my G8GT. It'll be the wifey's car to replace her HORRENDOUS PT Cruiser.

It is. The AFM engine is exclusive to the states. The Aussies "make do" with the L98, which is essentially the same engine, without the AFM hardware in it.
CHIEFZUSAF 08-11-2008, 10:45 AM That wagon will be perfect as my daily driver...WOW I love the way it looks and that is an awesome color...
Bob Lutz nad/or any GM executive I hope you are listening...bring that baby over here now please!!!

We have already had an AWD wagon didnt go aswell as you may think.
goto www.hsv.com.au (http://www.hsv.com.au) and then find the HSV Avalanche AWD wagon.
We also had an AWD version of the GTO called a hsv coupe 4 which is pretty cool. Some of them are getting around with 400rwkw (not sure what that is in hp) but its ****in heaps.
SShiftn6 12-04-2008, 06:29 PM ...that's about 530+ hp

I like kilowatts. It makes a big amount look small!:wink2:
BBBBGXP 12-04-2008, 09:19 PM Maybe this will fit into the future Pontiac lineup as a "specialty car"!:wink2:
