: G8 Pics from Dearborn Michigan
Stinger 10-02-2007, 03:53 PM Hi, this is a first post for me. I'm actually a BMW 335i owner but like the new G8. Anyway, I was walking back to my car after lunch last week and saw this black G8 parked a couple spots over.

My thoughts: I love the presence of the car. It's very aggressive especially the side and front views. The back I liked but didn't care much for the spoiler on this car. The interior reminds me quite a bit of the Pontiac GTO which isn't that surprising since both are from Australia. That's not a bad thing btw. The interior is very nice and sporty. Looks good. Can't wait to drive one of the GT models.

PMD G8 10-02-2007, 08:52 PM I also just noticed that the taillights are different from the Aussie SS-V version with the addition of the red reflectors, which look a little out of place. Although it might look better on a red G8.

Agreed. The 18" split spoke wheels to be offered on the V-6 are MUCH better looking.
Lichtronamo 10-06-2007, 04:02 PM Too bad the Bonnie in front of the G8 isn't more in the picture for comparison - although the Civic next to the drivers side provides an idea as to the size of the car. It almost looks like a big Altima. Strangely, it looks narrow, when in fact its pretty wide (track).

I am definitely getting that spoiler.....
Even though this is a pre-production model, it is interesting that since it doesn't have the 19" wheels, it should not have the sport option pkg. Can we infer that the wing is available with the premium pkg.(since it does have leather), or even that it is stock on the GT?
