EFILive is tuning software that allows you to manipulate nearly all computer controlled aspects of your ECM and TCM. I have it and have used it to tune my 02 Trans Am. The program has an excellent interface and has a straightforward design. While there is a pretty steep learning curve when it comes to tuning, EFILive is an excellent program.

I too helped someone that had some bumps with the system, but after playing with it got the car running great.
