i was watching the rolex series on speed this weekend. they had a pontac race car in the GT class that looked a lot like the G8GT, but it was a 2 door. and the anouncer kept calling it a GXP-R. was wondering if that is the GXP????

Basically, Pontiac reskinned the GTO.R with the G6-based GXP.R skin a couple of seasons ago.

nope that wasent it. like i said, i looked like a race preped G8 but was a 2 door, exc.

The only Pontiac we run in the rolex series is the G6 GXP-R.
