I tend to agree, though. The white also hurts my eyes too...:bomb:

Whats the difference? LS1GTO.com runs white for the most part.
I have plans on changing colors around and images once Pontiac Media gets in gear with marketing the G8.
I will never switch it to a black background tho - the areas for posts will always be white.

Well, for me, I think the difference is that on LS1GTO.com there is the huge vendor list on the left, banners, tons of forums and posts, so not as much white space. Here, on the other hand, is a little barren, but understandably so because it is a fledgling forum. I think it'll be alright once the car is in production and vendors start signing up as well as members and additional subforums.

the difference is that this site is not ls1gto.com and that the white is boreing and irritating(to me). i was just offering up an idea to set this site apart, and thought that changing it to a darker color would be easier on viewers eyes. if we cant change it to a different color, would there be an option for us as users to have it changed when we are logged on, and just make the default white? i didnt want to stir anything up and i understand your reasoning totally... just thought i would share a thought :wall:

I personally like the white. A dark background makes it hard to read.
