I have read several threads on how to remove the radio front panel, but I can't seem to get the front panel off. Can someone confirm how to get this off?

I removed the change holder/power supply plug underneath the radio. I guess I am suppose to pull from the bottom of the radio up, but it is going to snap in half if I pull any harder.:(

Suggestions?

Thanks,
Robert

OK. So I decided to pull hard, and yes it popped right off. It does feel like it is going to break.

it would of came out nicely if you removed the glove box assembly and the lower dash panel on the drivers side

it has got nothing to to with Radio front panel. Both of them sit below the radio assembly and don't need to be touched even if you are pulling entire readio out. In fact, GM instructions tell you to remove radio faceplate BEFORE you remove the ashtray.

Yep, the answer is just to pull it a bit harder.
