2 weeks ago, i spoke with Nick from ARH and order the 1 7/8 system for my car. when i received the stuff, all i can said is very nice work. during installation, i ran into few minor problems. but with help from Nick and Mike, everything is working fine now. they really go out of their way to help their customer.

Can you be specific on problems please? It could others avoid having to call.

the problems i ran into most likely cause by me.

on the passanger side oil dipstick tube was giving me problem when i try to bolt the header in. the kit comes with spacer for the dipstick tube to be space out and mount on the same place. the problem is when i remove the stock manifold, i may have bent the dipstick tube, so there was not enough room for header to slide to the right place. (i know for the face that LS1 motor the dip stick tube goes between 2 and 4 cyl. the L76 dipstick tube goes outside of number 2 header.) thats why i had such hard time to install pass side header.

another thing is i was missing the instruction. Mike and Nick had instruction made and email to me right away. so basically the whole process went pretty good.

one main thing is very important. make sure x-pipe is fully insert into header. otherwise you won't be able to mount the muffler at the back. (due to this ARH system do not have flexable pipe at the flange where mufflers bolt to)

btw, did i said it sounds badass!!! with the 3200 stall converter, it sounds wicky take off!!!
