Anyone going to the dream cruse this Saturday?

Was already up there today and saw 6 Challengers and 4 Shelby GT500s but I was the only G8 I saw between 696 and Birmingham.

I was down there Wednesday and I saw a grey GXP with a Michigan Manufacturer plate.

I have heard from a local car club guy that there is a GXP around here out-fitted with full racing suspension and some other goodies that are not going to be on the production run.

I'm going today.

My wife will be driving our G8, we'll be there Saturday. I doubt I'll go south of birmingham though.

We are on the way done to the Marathon at 11 Mile and Woodward. We should be there by 5. We plan on meeting Sable and any one else that wants to line up a G8 or GTO and take a run up and down Woodward. There is no parking at this location so it will be a little tricky to get lined up. We will figure it out as we go.

Is yours grey with dark tint pedders decals and g8bull or something on the plate, if so nice ride.

We saw a couple of G8's cruisin down around 12 mile. We where there with our 69 triple white GTO convertable and had a great time.

The real fun was the after hours event up in Pontiac. There was one G8 there racing several different cars...including a new 3 series BMW. The beemer was quick....

We had a G8 GXP, the Pedders G8, a 2008 red G8, a new 2009 electric blue G8, a 2008 grey G8 and the Pedders GTO all in front of Murray's house. Tommy Z took some pictures of the Red G8 and the Pedders GTO together as well as individual G8 shots. This is the only teaser I have from TZ so far.

We parked in Pontiac across from the big church. I didn't feel like driving in traffic so we never made it south of South Blvd.

I saw one G8 besides ours.
