This may be a noob question, but here it goes...

Why should I get a vector or other custom type tune which is roughly the same price as a program like HP tuners? If I understand correctly hp tuners can be redone unlimited amount of times Vs one tune.

I am sure their is a learning curve with Hp Tuners, but hey that sounds like fun......

If you have the time, go for it!

The "canned" tunes are a lot easier for busy people or people who don't want to mess with their cars for fear of breaking something. I know the transmission tuning is pretty complicated.

I'm going to leave my tune to the professionals that have already spent the time tweaking and testing the tunes.

I 'm going th have mine dyno tuned to get the most out of it.

Good luck!

HP Tuners is not exactly something you can learn in an hour. If you're sharp and have the time though, give it a shot! For me, easier to get a pro tune.

I would have no clue where to begin.
