Does anyone have any idea when they will offer nav as an option?
(I can't believe they don't offer it as it is since it looks like it was on the show car)

Also, does anyone have pics of the production interior to see how difficult it would be to add nav in?

I'm sure this has already been asked in previous threads, but I don't think it will be an option because GM has Onstar.

There is a 5inch radio/hvac display screen that is standard on the GT and offered on the V6 model but it does not include Nav.

I am all but positive at least Caddy and Chevy offer Nav on their cars --why wouldn't it be an option on a $30k Pontiac?

Heck, Civics offer it as an option.

Could there be a way to tap into the 5" screen to use that for an aftermarket nav system?

The car is offered with Nav as an option in Australia. You would think that it would be as easy as switching out a Nav disk but I have no idea. Maybe GM is just trying to keep costs down.

I think in 09' we could see it added as an option.
