I read "For Sale Rules" in the link you provided, and noticed the first bullet paragraph states a minumum of 20 posts are necessary before a forum member may post threads in the sales section.

Does that mean 19 more forum members must post to my original thread? I've seen where several members have viewed my thread.

No, that means you need to make ten more posts (anywhere on the site) before you can post in there.
