Found this article on Left Lane news and looks like GM is going to go crazy with supercharged motors...

The one section that caught my eye was the LS8 engine made to go into the Zeta platform which the G8 rides on but it states that the new camaro may get that motor..

What's with all the blown 6.2L's? At most, they make two. And a new Z28 won't get the same engine as a new Z06. And I don't see a Z06 and a ZR1 co-existing for too long.

Z06 = $70K 505HP NA
ZR-1 = $100K+ 650HP Supercharged

I think both corvette's can co-exist but I don't think a Camaro will have the same FI 6.2L as the ZR-1.

I believe it was stated that it might get the same motor as the Z06.

Jesus these people are years behind, I published the same thing in GMHTP about two years ago ;)
