Not sure if you're talking to me, but Garth and I have discussed a lot of options for if/when I pick up a G8. He did my SS and is the only person in town I would go to. They do great work down at LEP, and I would recommend them to anybody!

Im not really sure who the person is Garth was referring to. He just told me someone with a G8 i believe it was a white one. I also agree with you about Garth. He seems to have a good relationship with his clients. Im definitely letting him work on my G8.

I have been talking to Garth. I have an appointment with hime next week to get tuned. My CAI will be in by then also. I am really looking forward to driving the 8 after the tune.:driving:

Yeah I'd go to cars and coffe on the 20th. I went yesterday and they had the zr1 there which was pretty impressive. I'm also in north las vegas i would love to hear that exhaust sometime and see how the car runs with mods your running right now.

You guys should get in on the Goat run, both aussie cars, I think its next month in October, We are heading out to LVMS as well. LS2gto.com Look in the southwest section. LS2greg I think is putting the run up again.

08G8GT where did you have your exhaust system done?

I can't make cars and coffee due to me having school until 1:20 on Saturday. Did the guy with the ZR-1 say it was for sale? If so, he had just bought it from Findlay Chevrolet the day before.

Ok so lets all meet up for Cars and Coffee on Sat. I will be there sometime between 7 and 730. I will look for you all.

Looking forward to getting the exhaust done tomorrow morning. I am looking at a x pipe and either magnaflows or flowmasters installed. Performance muffler and I are also going to look at just 1 muffler that is a dual in dual out installed and some long pipes to the back for a less crackely (not a word) sound. We will see. You all can hear it on Sat morning at C&C. I to live in North Las Vegas so if you all want to head down together let me know.

Hey guys just got back from San Diego i was there one day longer than i thought i was going to be so i couldn't make it this morning. Just looking to see how it went. Totally down for the gto run though whenever that comes around.

When you posted the picture I figured it was yours. I see it there quite often when I run to the store, or cleaners, etc. It definitely caught my attention. Very nice!

Any Vegas members got any stock 18's I can use or rent. I was involved in an accident and bent two of my rims. Dealer wants 1500 for 2 new rims and tires. I didnt go this route so I ordered 4 new rims and tires at Discount but have no way of driving my car from there to Discount. I really dont want to tow id rather drive it there. If anyone can help let me know. Thanks in advance

Bought mine from the Pontiac dealer on Sahara, west of the 15. I got a pretty decent deal back in May.

Bought mine from Justin Findlay/ Findlay Chevrolet. He had it delivered to my front door from his Kingman Pontiac store. Received a better deal than what both Desert Pontiacs were offering.

I know most of you through Desert Muscle or prior car clubs, well my Focus daily driver was totaled last night so I'm searching for a G8 GT to replace it.

When she gets in the car it will be under 200 horsepower, 2,600 rpm shift points (at WOT), 3,300 rpm limiter, 80mph govenor, full torque management on, TCS forced on - until she learns how to drive the thing.
