: 06 PBM GTO -- 6spd
goatg8gt 09-10-2008, 04:38 PM Well ladies and gentlemen, the time has come. I hate to do it, but it's time to sell the goat. It just sits in the garage anymore, just loving the G8.
Asking 21000 OBO for it. PBM with red leather interior. No racing, and just a K&N air filter as the mod. I'm not going to b.s. anyone and say she didn't get run, just never ran down the track or did any childish driving. Adult driven, and taken care of. She's my baby, and I hate to see her go. You can email me, kmsullivan78@yahoo.com, or call 910-916-4583.
Location is Fayetteville NC.

4gasem 09-16-2008, 11:14 AM Great looking car! Good luck! :)
99-LS1-SS 09-16-2008, 12:13 PM Man, if it had two more doors I would be calling you. Good luck selling it. What part of NC are you in?
Rob Moser 09-16-2008, 01:55 PM Know what you mean...
I have Yellow 04' M6 with only 9100 mi. Also did the spoiler removal trick. Already have 7K on White G8. Fun, Fast & practical...

goatg8gt 09-17-2008, 12:44 PM About ten minutes from Fayetteville....
Zeebo 09-18-2008, 07:13 PM good luck with tha sale, car looks good.....
goatg8gt 09-18-2008, 07:33 PM Spoiler delete is NOT permanent. Had some questions about that. Spoiler is wrapped and in storage, only on the car for 48 hours after I owned her...Spoiler is especially clean as it was my tester for wax/cleaner products... :)
jhammer221 09-21-2008, 12:41 AM So you like the G8 that much better? What do you like better about the G8? I plan on looking at either a g8 or GTO next spring and it sounds like you like the G8 even more than the goat. Just wondering what your observations are on them both. thanks
J
goatg8gt 09-21-2008, 06:37 AM Two different classes of cars. The Goat is pure muscle, through and through. From the exhaust note to the throttle reaction, all muscle.
The G8 is more refined muscle, with all the bells and whistles to go with it. Plus, being a family man, four doors is much more realistic than the Goat.
Overall they are both amazing rides and anyone in their right mind would love either of them.
Goat is still up for sale.....21000 obo. Good price for an awesome car.
jhammer221 09-21-2008, 11:49 AM I hear ya. I've sat in both but not driven them ... figured I'd wait until I'm ready to buy. Trying to decide if I should keep my 2004 van and get a used $16k to $17 k GTO next spring and have a third car or just get rid of the van and get a G8 and only have 2 cars. I work from home so I don't put many miles on my second vehicle so if I had three, two of them wouldn't get driven much. Trying to decide what to do. Probably make more sense to get a g8 and get rid of the van, but the van is so handy to have. We've got 2 kids and my wife has a 2008 elantra SE for her commute to work since it get's awesome gas mileage. What to do. You're car seems like a good deal to. :)
goatg8gt 09-21-2008, 08:07 PM I would tell you not to buy a 16K-17K GTO. Chances are good that it's been beat on, hard. I honestly would never buy a Goat from a dealer, only from someone either whom I knew, or someone else knew....JMHO.
With this kind of power at the wheels, and so much power to be pulled from the engine with not too much of an investment, I'd say chances are good certain goats may very wel be tainted. Just as a precaution, I always send an oil sample to blackstone for a complete spin-up on any used car I buy....it doesn't guarantee you're not buying a 'beat' car, but it sure does help get an understanding of the engine condition....
Saudi and Proud 10-01-2008, 10:26 PM Man I love this car but I allready bought the G8, I would give you $25000 because of
the MILES ON IT !!!!
WHat about you give me $10000 and we exchange the cars ??
I give you my 08 G8 GT Fully loaded with 6 months full insurance and 4 years dealer
oil and filter and tier warranty and changeing !!! ???
good luck ...
Regards ..
