Hello,
Currently I live in NJ but am looking to move to Ohio. Can anyone tell me how the job market is? I have a bunch of family in Ohio and they live in Aurora and Chagrin Falls, so I would like to be close to there. Cleveland is only 30-40 minutes from there towns. I was just there last week and I loved it so much I would love to move there but first thing would be to have a job lined up before moving. Any insight or help?
Thanks!

Others may have a different opinion, but I don't think the job market is great in Ohio at the moment - especially in the Cleveland area. Granted I don't know what you do, but it might be a little tough searching.
However, it is a great place to live and I would recommend it - especially if you have family here. I would just get a job BEFORE moving. Otherwise, I think you are taking a pretty big risk.
monster, hotjobs, and yahoo careers would be good places to search.

Yes I would def try to have something lined up. I couldnt just pack up and go. I am on all the websites and everything so, hopefully something pops up. I got my family searching too out there so it helps.

I have a friend who worked for GM and has been here for some time and still has not found employment in marketing.
