Reporting in from the Northwest Suburbs of Chicago with our new 08 G8. This is my new grocery getter and fun car, tired of driving sport utilities for the last 16 years. Now we found the perfect sedan to fit in our orangy family (Hubby drives a 07 Grabber Orange Mustange Convertable).

like meet-n-greets, cruises, get-togethers?

:burnout:Welcome, Seems like the northern burbs are getting some new G8's owners every week.
I've had my for two weeks and have been totally diggin' it.
As far as cruise in's and shows next weekend, Sept 27th. and 28th. there is a All makes Open house at HP Performance Corvettes (my shop) in Mundelein and Sunday the is the "Hot rods from Hell" bike/ hot rods/cool car show at Lakeshore Harley-Davidson.
Fall can be the best time for going to shows, not standing in a parking lot on a 90 degree day. Hope to see ya around.

LOL my Dad works for Lake Shore Harley. I was at that show last year when I still had my Cobra. There were definitely some nice cars and bikes there.....lots of people.
