why do the conversion when it has been confirmed that they are going to rebadge the g8 to be the new Impala.

this is supposedly the next impala. the ss will have a 412-horsepower V8. i like the look of the conversion better myself, besides the imp ss will prob cost more than the gt

and also that front end on the lumina ss does not flow with chevys current front end

guess ive been out of the loop for a long time then... did not know that it was confirmed. that is unfortunate that they are going to bring this car all the way across the board, i was hoping it would be unique to pontiac only (here in the states at least)... makes me want it less.

lutz if your listening, please dont re-badge it as a impala!
