Hey ya'll! My name is Heather and I drive a 2006 G6 GTP and have had hella water leaks, it's looking like I am going to be replacing it with the new G8 GT and I just can't wait!!! I am planning on black on black. I have loved my G6, she runs like a champ. I just can't take the water problems any longer. I sure hope Pontiac doesn't disappoint with the G8.

Water leaks? From where. If its the roof, take it to the dealer, its a recall ;)

My GTO has been rock solid - certainly no leaks. If it is under warranty, have them work on it till it doesn't leak. You shouldn't have to live with it.

Actually there is another girl on here, I met her at a car show last month but I can't remember what her name is.

Thanks for the welcome guys!!! Yeah, I have had my GTP at the dealer for service at least 10 times in the past year. New drainage tubes, new winshields, sealants, new taillight assembly, speakers/amp (damaged from train), you name it. They can't seem to get the leak repaired, so hopefully I will be rid of the problem very soon. I am so excited about the G8. I just can't wait to make everyone sick in it!!!! LOL

Hey G8GTgirl! im new here too, welcome! I work as a service advisor for a pontiac dealer and we've had alot of problems with water leaks on G6's. 90% of the time we run into a problem with the sunroof drains getting clogged in them.
